Issue/Introduction

Upgraded VSE systems and installed several new VSE CA products. IPL seems to fail.
Received the following messages: 
L174I CASAGETA IS NOT SVA ELIGIBLE - PHASE NOT LOADED 
L174I CASASAVA IS NOT SVA ELIGIBLE - PHASE NOT LOADED 

Trying to IPL VSE system and Received the following messages: 
L174I CASAGETA IS NOT SVA ELIGIBLE - PHASE NOT LOADED 
L174I CASASAVA IS NOT SVA ELIGIBLE - PHASE NOT LOADED 
 
Are these Phases no longer eligible SVA? 
Should I take them out of the SDL IPL list?

Some changes were made to the product with PTF QO95658 not to be SVA ELIGIBLE (re-entrant and relocatable). This was a change made some time back. 

With the PTF applied, the phase is not SVA eligible. The CA System Adapter will load the phase as needed. 

The CA System Adapter will load the phase as needed so you can remove it from the SDL list. 

The same is for CASASAVA.
