NFA System Status says that Harvester Database is Down

Issue/Introduction

The NFA Administration->System Status page may show that the Harvester Database is Down after rebooting a Harvester.

Resolution

Occasionally after a reboot of the Harvester, you may get this message and it may persist for several hours, but it should clear up after that.

Verify that the "CA Mysql" and "Netqos NQMysql" services are both running, if so, this message can be ignored.
