Problems updating to Apache Tomcat 8.5.24

Issue/Introduction

Having problems trying to use Tomcat 8.5.24. The 8443 port is not connecting at all. I would like some assistance trouble shooting the problem. Sent the last catalina.log file as well as the /CA_OM_Web_Viewer/apache-tomcat-8.5.24/conf/server.xml file.

Resolution

If the keystore password was kept at the default, it was not required to be put in the server.xml file for 7.0.56 (or it was put someplace the customer could not find). In 8.5.24, it appears it needs to be defined in Tomcat server.xml.
