Issue/Introduction

Why the PAMAdmins and PAMUsers groups are not visible in EEM after integrating Service Catalog and Process Automation?

Environment

Service Catalog 12.9 and later
Process Automation 4.2 and later
EEM 12.51 and later

Resolution

These PAMAdmins and PAMUsers groups are visible only when logging into Process Automation Application instance in EEM. If you log into Global or Service Catalog instances in EEM then the groups won't be visible.
