Resolution
Problem 1): Product cannot be accessed via Web. It was resolved
reconfiguring /PARMS group WEBCENTER.
Problem 2): Alert generation is not sending e-mail. It should be re-
solved once cust apply PTF RO99615 at her earliest convenience.
