Jaspersoft custom reports are blank in Excel, PPT, & PDF within Clarity

Issue/Introduction

Created a custom Jaspersoft report which executes & downloads in excel, pdf & ppt format from the Advanced reporting link.
A report definition has been created for the same report which can be run from 'Reports & Jobs' link from Clarity and this executes without any issues. However, the output which is generated is blank for EXCEL, PPT & PDF.

Cause

This is caused by an error on the Lookup query for the report

Resolution

Broadcom does not troubleshoot custom queries. We suggest you manually analyze custom queries for errors.
