Can RHDCOPTF be dynamically refreshed while the IDMS CV is up?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way of dynamically refreshing the RHDCOPTF module to bring in new optional bit settings while the CV is up? Can DCMT NEWCOPY be used?

RHDCOPTF is a nucleus module and is eligible to be refreshed with DCMT. Issue the following commands:

DCMT V NUCLEUS MODULE RHDCOPTF NC
DCMT V NUCLEUS RELOAD
