CA PAM3.2.1: applet not loaded on IE11

Issue/Introduction

We  tried to connect to PAM Server via IE11.
However, applet is not loaded correctly.
So we cannot connect to PAM Server via IE11.
What cause is thought of?

Environment

WindowsServer2012R2
Internet Explorer 11
CA PAM3.2.1

Resolution

If we install java 64bit only, please install java 32bit,too.
