Issue/Introduction
Users are unable to login to Service Catalog. I had enabled SC and EEM integration. Same EEM is also used by ITPAM and APM and users are ableo to login to both of these application fine. If I disable the EEM and AD integration and use Internal Store for integration then SPADMIN is able to login in. Error in the view.log when user login fails =================================== [CEIAMAuthenticate] Exception in Authenticating java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0 java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0 at java.util.ArrayList.rangeCheck(Unknown Source) at java.util.ArrayList.get(Unknown Source)

1. Make sure the same user is able to login to EEM using the Activedirectory Credentials 2. If the user can login
Stop the Service Catalog Service
Stop the CA Directory - itechpozservice
Stop the CA iTechnology iGateway Service
Start the CA Directory - itechpozservice
Start the CA iTechnology iGateway Service
Start the Service Catalog Service
3. Clear the browser Cache 4. Login to the Service catalog using Activedirectory Credentials
