Resolution

There are few things that may cause this issue to occur.

  1. The messages may occur in the AutoSys logs or in DBMaint logs if/when the application server and/or event_demon lose connectivity with the igateway process.
Please check network connectivity between the AutoSys and EEM hosts. Additionally make sure the process igateway is running without errors on the EEM host.
  2. Ensure permissions on $IGW_LOC/igateway.log are set to rw-r--r-- (644) and the log should be owned by root.
