Agile Central Integration Fails on 1 Project - Invalid Lookup Error

Issue/Introduction

When a project has Agile Central integration activated, and an Agile Central user deletes the associated Initiative (i.e., it's moved to the A/C Recycle Bin), the integration fails when it hits that project, and subsequent projects in the queue are not processed by the integration. An error message is thrown.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Set up the integration with Agile Central as Portfolio Item integration type and bi-directional 
2) Create a project in PPM and flag it to synchronize
3) Run the Synchronize Agile Central job
4) Back to AC delete the initiative created by the sync job
5) Run the Synchronize Agile Central job again. 
 
Expected ResultJob completes and the project corresponding to the initiative that was deleted remains in PPM without any update.
