Can SSRS be connected to PPM SaaS ODATA?

Resolution

Based on Microsoft documentation for SSRS XML connections (which is what ODATA requires) found here:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-data/xml-connection-type-ssrs?view=sql-server-2017#Credentials, it shows that XML connections in SSRS require the use of domain authentication and do not support specified credentials or prompting for credentials.
