Issue/Introduction

Customer upgraded PAM from 2.8.x to 3.2.0
When accessing the PAM server using PAM Client, following error is displayed.
Error: PAM-UI-1202: Error getting access credentials: Failed to invoke method 'launchService': invalid signature or method was not found.

Cause

PAM Client cache which was from the older version of PAM server was causing this

Resolution

Needed to clear cache on PAM Client.
