Issue/Introduction
Post upgrading PAM, on accessing the servers using PAM UI, the following error is displayed:
Error: PAM-UI-1202: Error getting access credentials: Failed to invoke method 'launchService': invalid signature or method was not found.
Cause
PAM Client cache was populated by an older version of PAM.
Resolution
Clearing the cache of PAM Client resolves the issue. Use the three screenshots shown below to clear PAM client's cache.
