Error message "PMOH001E Health Checker initialization failed" is not documented. What does it mean? How do I resolve this?

Release: 4.4
 

Resolution

Just upgraded PMO to release 4.4. Now you get error message: PMOH001E Health Checker initialization failed. RC=00000028, REASON=00000000.

The error message that you are receiving indicates that the Health Checker is not available.

Please ignore this message until you install Health Checker. There is currently no option to manually disable the health checks.
