Issue/Introduction

What would be taking up a zIIP engine for SAMS. At some point over the weekend, the SAMS task on SYP2 went into a CPU loop and has consumed almost 70 CPU hours since it was started on 8/4. It is showing up to 50% CPU utilization on SYP2 currently.
