Resolution
The issue will be resolved by checking the correct channel in the organization configuration. If you are using a mobile phone app then you need to check the Mobile channel. Follow below steps:
1) Login as an admin 2) Click on the organization in the picture 3) Click on Risk Authentication Configuration. 4) From left pane click "Assign Channels and Configure Default Account Types" 5) Click the checkBox on the left of "Mobile" 6) Click save and refresh cache.
