Network Profile discovery details not discovered due to different system locale settings

Issue/Introduction

When using CCA Network Profile discovery to discover Windows systems with different regional settings, the details are not being discovered.

Resolution

The NDG server system locale (regional settings) need to match the system locale on the target system(s).
