Unable to deploy probe package

Issue/Introduction

Can not deploy package from primary to hub server over a tunnel.  The error "Dependency not found" results when attempting to deploy probes this way.

Cause

Packages are not able to be distributed between hubs with tunnel connections.

Resolution

You must first copy the package to the remote hub.  You can then deploy the probe.

1. Connect to remote hub with Infrastructure Manager
2. Click on the Archive
3. Right click in the archive and choose Import Package
4. Select the package to import and select OK
5. Deploy package to the desired robot
