Issue/Introduction

After you trigger an event the expected email stated in the policy has not been sent off.
Specific operations ROAudit and Audit were observed in log.
The log is showing email sent successfully.

Cause

The wrong outclass was used for the CSSMTP.

Resolution

Use the correct outclass for the CSSMTP.
