What SDC issues are patched on 10.2.1?
10.02.01.PTF_10.2.167 has been released to deal with various SDC issues.

Secure Domain Connector re-architected to efficiently manage high volumes of SNMP requests using just a few native threads.
Symptom:Secure Domain traps are improperly processed from both the primary SDC and the backup SDC, creating duplicate events.
Resolution:Secure Domain traps from the backup SDC are now dropped if the primary SDC is connected.
Symptom: Multiple, overlapping SDM configuration imports can cause SpectroSERVER crash.
Resolution: While an SDM configuration import is in process, all subsequent import requests are now ignored.
Symptom: SpectroSERVER crash while processing CORBA alarm filter client request.
Resolution: Improved code to increase stability when processing CORBA alarm filter client requests.

This patch contains the changes of PTF_10.2.129.
This patch needs to be installed on the SpectroSERVER.
