Issue/Introduction

Using Team Center we are often getting a "Long Running Script" error/warning message displayed in Internet Explorer . Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to open up the selected functions such as experience cards or map view.

APM 10.7 Internet Explorer

Resolution

Several performance improvements and optimizations have already been made in this area and are included in APM 10.5.2 and 10.7. Internet Explorer however still sometimes encounters these issues due to it's Javascript engine. If you are encountering performance problems like this then Chrome and Firebox browsers have shown to be more efficient in this area and do not encounter the same issues.
