Issue/Introduction

Create Adhoc view and set Japanese character in Title and Labels. 
When export Adhoc view to PDF, all Japanese character on Title and Labels are disappeared in PDF. 

- STEPS TO REPRODUCE 
1. Create adhoc view and set Japanese character in Title and Labels. 
2. Export adhoc view to PDF.

- Expected Results: All Japanese character on Title and Labels are appeared in PDF report. 
- Actual Results: All Japanese character on Title and Labels are disappeared in PDF report.

Resolution

This is described in DE42505.

When export Adhoc view to PDF, it uses font at system level.
Usually, it MS Arial which does not support multi-byte characters like Chinese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, etc. 

As a workaround, save the Adhoc view to a report and export the report to PDF, and multi-byte characters will be available, because reports use CA font extensions which supports multi-byte characters to render it.
