Can Sysview for Db2 r20 online history data be written to existing r19 or r17 files

Issue/Introduction

Is it be possible to direct new Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) r20 online history collection to existing
r19 VSAM files from prior releases? Is it correct that in case of fall back from IDB2 r20 to r19, some new record data will be discarded
but otherwise no restrictions. 

Resolution

IDB2 history files are upward compatibles but not downward compatible. It means after upgrading to IDB2 r20 from r19 and for some reason there
arises a need to fallback to r19 the same r20 files cannot be used in IDB2 r19.
