Load DWH job fails with ORA-28000 error

Issue/Introduction

When the Load Data Warehouse (DWH) job fails, the following Oracle error is in the BG-DWH logs:

ORA-28000: the account is locked

Environment

Clarity 16.2.x and supported releases

Cause

The database user password is entered incorrectly for the maximum number of times specified by the profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS,
or the DBA has locked the account.

Resolution

Have your DBA team review the schema user to check the reason why the user is locked and unlock the user.
