Why some products modules are missing?

• CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager

Issue/Introduction

Why some features are missing on my CASAM installation? 
The modules below should be installed?

- Financial 
- FlowControl 
- Optimization 
- SAM Intelligence 
- License Control for SAP

Resolution

All product content should be installed, but without these proper licenses those features are disabled by default (with only product base license).
To fix this situation do you could contact the CA sales team to acquire these licenses to enable each of these modules:
- Financial
- FlowControl
- Optimization
- SAM Intelligence
- License Control for SAP
