This is a workaround and we don't have any direct option to upload the card number in Transaction Manager UI.
1) Perform a transaction with the card that require's to uploaded(though the transaction will fail, it will create a database entry in Transaction Manager.)
2) In the Transaction Manager UI under Cardholder Configurations >>> click on 'Cardholder Account Inquiry'
3) enter the cardnumber
now on this screen update the cardholder information.
