Can't Connect to Management UI

Issue/Introduction

The login screen (https://<Management UI Hostname>:3000 ) shows raw parameters instead of the expected "Username" / "Password" / "Submit"
Login attempt does not get through and the login screen appears again.
 

Environment

CA Directory 12.6 SPx

Cause

No trust for the site configured in the browser level

Resolution

Add the site (note https vs http) in the browser
