Spectrum OneClick $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out (Linux) or stdout.log (Windows) is filling up with mysql messages

Environment

All Spectrum versions

Cause

Possible root cause is the mysql service is not started

Resolution

Ensure the mysql service is running on the OneClick system. If not, try restarting processd by doing the following:

1. Log into the OneClick system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation

2. If on Windows, start a bash shell by running "bash -login"

3. cd to the $SPECROOT/lib/SDPM directory and enter the following command:

./processd.pl restart

4. Check to see if mysql is running

If mysql is still not running, please open a case with Spectrum Support for assistance.
