Issue/Introduction

If an SLA job starts/ends in the same minute that is set for the SLA start/end deadline, the SLA status still gets set to "MISSED". For example...

SLA on JobA has a start deadline set to 22:00.
JobA starts at 22:00:02.
The SLA status shows as "Missed".

Resolution

An SLA is considered missed at the zero second of the time specified as the deadline. Therefore, the SLA deadlines should be set to a minimum of one minute past the latest acceptable start/end time of the SLA job.
