Issue/Introduction

The PDSMOPR-26 is generated when CA Common Services is not running, or was not running the last time the message was issued.



At PDSMAN startup an error is observed in the STC log

          "PDSMOPR-26 PDSMAN is unable to verify site license.".

Cannot find this error message in the PDSMAN messages manual.

PDSMAN uses CA Common Services to validate LMP (licensing) codes.

The error is generated when CA Common Services is not running, or was not running the last time the message was issued.

You may force PDSMAN to recheck the LMP codes by issuing the NEWRULES command.

PDSMOPR-26 PDSMAN is unable to verify site license During PDSMAN startup, CA license-checking components were not available to verify the site license. The license verification process has been periodically retried for approximately 10 minutes, and this message indicates retry functions are being discontinued.

Site license verification can be requested again by issuing
