Issue/Introduction
We have a requirement to have both High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for CA SOI.
The scenario is: We will have a Primary and HA Setup for CA SOI at primary data center and DR setup for CA SOI at DR location.
Does CA SOI support both High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)?
Environment
Release: Service Operations Insight SOI 4.2
Resolution
SOI 4.2 does not have a supported Disaster Recovery (DR) option.
Therefore, you cannot use the supported HA option in combination with a DR option.
