How to resolve the error message ESF553 with return code '32'?

Resolution

The error message: ESF553 OPEN FAILED FOR FILE XXXXXXXX- RETURN CODE '32' FROM ESF OPEN means that the userid that is assigned to this job does not have the authority to create files to this node. Possible Bundle ID XXXXXXXX, and the node it is being routed to , Dispatch does not have the authority to send it there. 
Check you have defined the userid associated with the Dispatch task to the security used by CA Spool.
