Configuring CA IDP connector with SSO URL to IDM

Issue/Introduction

What is the best practices for configuring the Identity Manager SSO URL in Sigma Connector? When we are attempting to load the SSO URL for IM via IP connector we are seeing the following error message.

Single Sign on (SSO)

Resolution

When working with IM/SSO integration connection to IP we would recommend reaching IM directly for the IP Connector. It should not pass through the SSO agent.
