Universal Connector not starting Failed to Initialize > SO03615

Issue/Introduction

So in my SOI lab I have 4.1 SP2 running and I just tested the latest patch available to bring my system up to date: SO03615 WIN-SOI 4.0SP2 MAY2018 MONTHLY UPDATE KIT The only issue I'm seeing now is that my UniversalConnector Connector Version 4.0.2.290.20180517 constantly failed to initialize. I've already tried stopping the SAM Event Management and SAM Integration Services but that doesn't help. Any ideas here?

Cause

In the SAM-IntegrationServices_wrapper.log, it has the following error

Resolution

Restart all SOI services on the SOI Manager server.
