UMP not comin up post upgrade to 8.51

Issue/Introduction

After completing the upgrade to UIM 8.51 an error is seen when trying to access the UMP portal
  via web browser.

Resolution

To correct the problem perform the following steps
 

• deactivated wasp 
• renamed the following folders: 

\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\work folder to work.bak 

\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\ROOT folder to ROOT.bak 

\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\webapps\usm folder to usm.bak 
 

Note: If changes have been made to the liferay's portal-ext.properties file the file will need to be copied back to the
              wasp\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes folder after the wasp probe activates (then restart wasp a second time)

• activate wasp
