After upgrading to TPX R5.4 lost the customized user defined logon panel

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to TPX to R5.4 lost the customized user defined logon panel.

Cause

The default logon panel was change from TEN0003 to the name of their customized panel in the SMRT, however, the customized panel member was not added in their panel library.

Resolution

If the logon customized panel member is different than the panel names that was delivered with R.5.4 then add the customized panel member to the panel library and recycle TPX.
If the logon customized panel member name is the same name as the delivered logon panel name then create a new panel library and concatenate it ahead of the delivered panel library and recycle TPX.
