Spectrum SLA Reports missing in CABI Jaspersoft

The "Service Availability by Service Name" and "SLA Details by SLA Name" reports are currently missing in CABI Jaspersoft 6.3 and Spectrum 10.2.3
When will they be made available?
Spectrum 10.2.3 with Jaspersoft 6.3 on any platforms
These reports are available in Spectrum 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 and higher.
