SOAP Invocation error - BMC Remedy Web service
Using CA PAM to open tickets in BMC Remedy using its web service to perform this action.
We are getting the following error in all processes:
SOAP invocation failed:
java.security.PrivilegedActionException:
com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl:
Message send failed
On the ITPAM server using SOAPUI, get a successful response to the request and in ITPAM, using our request as a inline text, get the java error
On SOAPUI, can load all methods from the webservice, but on ITPAM cannot load them.
Issue resolved after upgrading Java to 1.8 update 77
NOTE: Don’t go all the way to update 161 as other issue could be introduced unless upgrading to 4.3 SP02 CP03.
