WCC: Reporting tab, choose a report see 'No server defined'

Issue/Introduction
WCC was recently upgraded to 11.4 SP6.
Choose the 'Reporting Tab', click on any report.
The screen shows: No Servers defined

WCC 11.4 SP6 Linux
Resolution
After choosing the 'Reporting Tab', the following screen was titled 'Data Collector' and shows a 'Collector Status' : Disabled.
Since the collector was disabled the Reporting DB was not getting populated with data needed for the reports.
To Enable the Collector Status:
- Configuration
- Preferences, drop down choose 'Reporting'
- Check 'Enable Collector'
Go back into the Reporting tab, it will take a while for the collector to pull the data initially. Once that completes reports can be produced.
