A new event was created using the Event Configuration tool. When the new event is created, in the Events tab in OneClick, it shows the following:
Fri 27 Jul, 2018 - 11:32:27 - An event occurred for model 'Model Name' of type 'Model Type' for which no event format file exists. (event [0xfff0048e])

Cause
If running multiple OneClick systems, a new or updated event created using the Event Configuration tool will propagate to the OneClick system the user is logged into but WILL NOT propagate to any other OneClick systems in the environment.
Resolution
Manually copy the new/updated Event Format and/or Probable Cause file(s)
From the $SPECROOT/custom/Events/CsEvFormat and/or CsPcause directories from the OneClick system the user was logged into when the change was made
To the $SPECROOT/custom/Events/CsEvFormat and/or CsPcause directories of the other OneClick systems in the environment.
Then update the OneClick system by doing the following:
1. Login to the OneClick web pages as an ADMIN user
2. Click on the Administration link
3. Click on the "Update Event and Alarm Files" link
