uxioserv crashes while launching uxtrace / uxiotrclck

Issue/Introduction

The uxioserv process crashes when generating an uxtrace or launching manually the command uxiotrclck.
The issue is very rare and almost impossible to reproduce.
In the IO*dump.log the following kind of trace appear:

Cause

A problem has been fixed where the uxiotrclck command causes a crash of IO server due to a concurrency issue. The issue is not systematic.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
