The uxioserv process crashes when generating an uxtrace or launching manually the command uxiotrclck.
The issue is very rare and almost impossible to reproduce.
In the IO*dump.log the following kind of trace appear:

|TRACE|X|IO |pid=p.t| u_trace_lock_clients     | Locking client list...
|FATAL|X|IO |pid=p.t| k_process_signal        | *** execution handler: SIGNAL=(11) PID=(x) PPID=(y) GPID=(z)

A problem has been fixed where the uxiotrclck command causes a crash of IO server due to a concurrency issue. The issue is not systematic.
