User does not see all portlets in the General Tab of the Overview Page

In the General Tab of the Overview Page, there are various portlets that users generally have ( 'Action Items', 'My Projects','My Reports', and 'My Timesheets', etc). There is a user who has access to view all these portlets; however, the user only sees one of them (such as 'My Projects' or 'My Portlets'). Why?


This may be due to the available portlet being Maximized. To see the other portlets, the user will need to restore the size of the portlet by clicking on the Options cog Icon on the top right hand corner of that portlet and clicking on Restore.

Also ensure that when access is granted to user in the 'Overview' portlet page within Administration section  of Clarity classic, the changes get published by clicking on 'Publish' button.
