VANTAGE storage group information is not visible

Issue/Introduction

Despite that the DFSMS volumes have been added  to DFSMS storage group: SP8870, when checking view "Storage Groups" the storage group SP8870 is missing .

Steps to check:
1) if F SAMS,REFRESH,POOLS was executed or VANTAGE recycled
2) check the status of the storage group and of the the volumes:

Once the status of the volumes have been changed to ENABLE and status of STORAGE GROUP to DISNEW, the STORAGE GROUP is displayed by VANTAGE GUI.
