Issue/Introduction
There was a recent question posted on how to obtain a list of Ideal users. I ran that list (via Ideal command DIS INDEX USER) and found that we have a grand total (H, P, & T) users of about 112,370. Unfortunately the PRINT INDEX USER only reflects a CREATE DATE and UPDATED DATE.
Is there any easy way to determine the LAST USED DATE so we could use that as a guide for trimming down the number of users that are defined?
Environment
Release: Component: IDEAL
Resolution
Only dates available in the Dictionary for the entity PERSON are:
CREATED DATE (DD ENTITY DATE-ADDED) and UPDATED DATE (DD ENTITY DATE-LAST-CHG)
For example a DIS INDEX USER Report looks like:
Command Name Uid Ver S Description Created Updated 000034 DATACOM-INSTALL 001 P 12/01/86 11/28/17 .... ......
There is no other dates showing LAST USED DATE or last time a user went to an Ideal session. .
