Getting message TPXL6602 SAMT ENTRY COULD NOT BE FOUND FOR RETURN CODE MESSAGE 00 FOR USER01

Issue/Introduction

When I login to TPX using my ID, this is the message I get :
"TPXL0101 08/06/18.218 09:09:28.92 LOGON TERMINAL: TND03106 15B16AD8 TPXL6602 08/06/18.218 09:09:33.98 SAMT ENTRY COULD NOT BE FOUND FOR RETURN CODE/MESSAGE 00 FOR USER01"

However, if I delete the profile "DEFAULT" from my list of profiles it works normally.

Cause

The specified user has signed on and received a return code from RACF security system that was picked up from the TPX RACF SAMT (table), however,
this message was issued because the DEFAULT profile had the security system specified as RACF and was overriding the SAF security system that was defined in the SMRT.

Resolution

Removed RACF from the DEFAULT profile allowing the profile to pick up the correct security system(SAF)  that was defined in the SMRT. Reloaded the DEFAULT profile in TPXOPER.
