Duplicate portlets showing in the Resource Planning - Allocations tab

Issue/Introduction

When navigating from Home ==> Resource Panning, system shows default tab (Allocations). On the allocations tab we see "Resource Capacity Allocation Editor" portlet duplicated.

Resolution

This is a known defect (CLRT-76686) which was resolved with the release of CA PPM 14.4.
