CEMELDAP Fails With A USER COMPLETION CODE=4039

Issue/Introduction

After applying ptf SO01579 and deploying and customizing when I attempt to start CEMELDAP it fails with a user 4039 abend.
PTF SO01738 also went on.
A symptom dump follows.

Resolution

STDENV contained PATH=/u/CMGR/deploy/cai/cacem/ldap PATHLIB=/u/CMGR/deploy/cai/cacem/ldap it needed to be changed to PATH=/u/CMGR/cai/cacem/ldap PATHLIB=/u/CMGR/cai/cacem/ldap or the updated files need to be deployed to /u/CMGR/deploy/cai/cacem/ldap
