Issue/Introduction

At times exported Riskminder Reports with CSV format (Comma Separated Values) do not render some columns (show up as “#NAME?”") in an EXCEL spreadsheet. The columns render fine in other editors such as Textpad or in Notepad++ editor.

How to render a Riskminder Report Data (like Device ID) ?

Resolution

This is an Excel issue as this issue does not reproduce in a TEXTPAD or Notepad++ editory.  To resolve the issue follow the following steps:  

1. Open a blank EXCEL worksheet.
2. Select the "Data" pull down on EXCEL 
3. Proceed to import with "From CSV file/Text"
