Issue/Introduction

CMM000324 error trying to delete computer, SDM001012 error browsing to .../Jobs/Software Jobs on asset, and Likely. several other SD related issues can be cured with this procedure.

Environment

Client Automation - versions 12.x and 14.x

Cause

Software Delivery related database issues which are resolve-able via maintenance queries on Microsoft SQL (There is no Oracle version of this document as of the time of this writing)

Resolution

Run the queries outlined in the attached document with DSM Explorer instances shut down and then when done, re-launch and test.
