Device from discovery not getting published to cm_computer_system

Issue/Introduction

discovery_agent discovers device but it is never added into the CM_COMPUTER__SYSTEM table.

Environment

- UIM 8.5.1
- discovery_server v8.52

Cause

Device had previously been excluded from discovery.

Resolution

Remove IP from the list of excluded devices in the discovery_server.
